Take hire bookings online
Fleetola gives you a hosted booking page that shows your live fleet, dates and pricing. A renter picks a car and dates, and the booking flows straight into Fleetola.
Set it up
- Open Settings → Renter-facing.
- Widget settings decides what renters can book - a fixed hire, an ongoing rental, or both - how long a hire can be, what they must give you, and the terms they accept when they book.
- Share the hosted page, or paste the embed snippet where the form should appear on your own website.
- A booking lands on your Availability calendar and in your Contracts list.
Tip: No website? Share the hosted booking link on its own - a QR code on the car, your socials, your email signature.
Where to find it: Settings → Renter-facing → Booking page
An ongoing request needs a weekly rate on the vehicle, so a car without one is not offered for it.
No card is taken on this page. The estimated total a renter sees is not a charge - a booking arrives as a request, and payment is arranged with you afterwards.
Open a booking from Contracts to confirm the details, take the bond and send the agreement for signing.
