Pick-up and return locations

A depot you use twice is worth typing once. Locations are offered when you write a contract, and each one carries a name, an address and its opening hours.

Add a depot

  1. Open Settings → Business → Pick-up & return locations.
  2. Click Add location and give it a name, an address and hours.
  3. Say whether renters can pick up there, return there, or both. It has to be at least one of them.
  4. Save. It is offered on every contract you write from then on.

A contract keeps its location as text, exactly as it was chosen, so renaming a depot, moving it or removing it can never rewrite an agreement somebody has already signed.

Tip: You do not have to keep any at all. Leave the list empty and type a one-off address on the contract instead - a delivery to the renter's home, say.

Renters pick from these depots when they book on your public page.

Whether the pick-up and drop-off lines print on the agreement is one switch each under Settings → Contracts.
