Your business details and logo

Settings → Business is who you are to your renters. What you save here prints on every agreement, invoice and email, and shows in the renter portal.

Organisation

Your business name, phone, email, address and business number. The Timezone decides what "today" means for you: payment due dates, overdue checks and reminder times all run on your timezone, not the computer's.

Your logo

  1. Under Logo, click Upload new.
  2. Use a wide, horizontal logo about 400 × 120 px, or an SVG, as a PNG or SVG with a transparent background so it sits cleanly on any colour. Up to 2 MB.
  3. Pick an Accent colour for the buttons and highlights on your renter pages, and save.

The logo is shown at one consistent height everywhere - the renter portal, invoices, contracts and emails - which is why a horizontal one looks best and a tall square one looks small.

Currency and tax

Currency sets the symbol on every amount in Fleetola: vehicle rates, contracts, payments, invoices, the rental agreement and your renters' portal. Tax name replaces the word GST everywhere it is printed or reported, so a UK operator sees VAT on their invoices and in Tax & Income. Tax rate is the percentage new invoices are raised at, and the rate the Tax & Income report works from. Only the owner can change these.

Changing the currency converts nothing. A rate saved as 250 stays 250 - only the symbol and the wording change. And invoices already issued keep the rate they were raised at.

Tip: A signed agreement keeps the details it was signed with. Changing your address or logo shapes the next agreement, never one already signed.
