Fleetola has more in it than most operators use, so your account carries the parts you asked for. Which parts those are is set by us when the account is opened - there is no panel on your side that takes Messages, Services or the Availability calendar away. Want one that is missing, or want one you never use out of the way? Contact us. Nothing is deleted either way: put a part back and every conversation and every service record is exactly where you left it.
Three different reasons a page is missing
They look identical from the sidebar and they have different answers.
- It is not part of your account. Nobody on your team can see it, you included. Contact us - this is the one you cannot change yourself.
- Your permissions hide it. The owner can see the page and you cannot. Manage on a team member, under Settings → Business, sets each section to Hidden, View or Edit, section by section. See Invite your team.
- It is Tracking, and it is switched off. That is the one switch left on your side - see the last section here.
What a missing part means
Messages absent removes the chat on both sides: you have no inbox, and the renter portal has no Messages tab. Renters can still reach you - the portal hands them your phone and email instead.
Services absent hides the service page and stops upcoming-service alerts. Anything already logged stays on record.
Availability absent hides the fleet timeline, never your bookings - every booking is also a contract, and your Contracts list keeps the lot. It also means online bookings are not part of your account, so the Booking page panel says so rather than offering a page you cannot open.
Your booking page has its own switch, and it is yours
Booking page, under Settings → Renter-facing, is your open sign for online requests. Switch it off and your booking page and the embedded widget stop taking requests - visitors are told to call you instead, with your name and phone number still on the page. Your fleet, your contracts and the availability timeline are untouched. Switch it back on and the page comes back.

What renters see is a separate list
What renters can see, under Settings → Renter-facing, hides tabs in the renter portal only - your own side is untouched. See Set up the renter app & portal. Messages is the one that appears in both places, and they are different switches: hiding it there takes the tab out of the portal while you keep your inbox.
GPS tracking says Not in plan
Tracking is an optional paid module, added per account. Until it is part of yours the GPS tracking row under Settings → Your account → Plan reads Not in plan, and nothing tracking-related appears anywhere else - contact us to add it. Once it is, that row becomes an ordinary switch: owner-only, off and on whenever you like, nothing deleted.
