Your dashboard

The dashboard is the first thing you see each morning: the figures across the top, the list of things waiting for you, and how busy the fleet has been.

The figures across the top

Fleet size counts your cars and how many are rented, available or damaged. Each figure with an arrow opens the list behind it.

Due today is what is expected in today. Weekly income is what your active rentals bring in a week. Overdue is how many payments are late and how much they add up to.

Without the Payments section, the second figure is Active rentals: how many contracts are running now, and how many of your cars are out.

Needs attention

Everything waiting on you, grouped: cars not returned on time, renters behind on payment, services and registrations falling due, licences about to expire, and returns still to settle. Each row opens the record it is about. The x on a row clears it from this list once you have seen it - see Alerts that come to you for how alerts clear and how to keep them lit until the thing itself is handled.

Fleet utilisation

How many of your cars were out on a rental at some point in the last 30 days, as a percentage of the cars you could rent out. A car counts whether it was hired for one day or all thirty. Archived and sold cars are left out of both numbers, and cancelled contracts don't count as a hire. It is a quick read of how much of the fleet is earning; for the day-by-day measure, see The hire report.

Export report

Export report downloads the figures on the dashboard as a spreadsheet (CSV) - the same numbers you are looking at, for your accountant or your own records.
